You will be picked up from the Airport by our professional driver/guide, who will brief you about your
safari and then transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park.

On our way we will have stopovers at the Ugandan equator at Kayabwe, for water experiment, pictures and shop for a
souvenir.

After lunch at Igongo Cultural Center Mbarara, we continue to the southwest and head for the Western Rift Valley.

Day 1 – Arrival at Entebbe Airport – Queen Elizabeth National Park

brief you about your safari and then transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park.On our way we will have stopovers at the
Ugandan equator at Kayabwe, for water experiment, pictures and shop for a souvenir. After lunch at Igongo Cultural
Center Mbarara, we continue to the southwest and head for the Western Rift Valley.We will enter the park with a mini
game drive, in search for wildlife that includes; Waterbucks, Bushbucks, Kobs, Buffaloes, Elephants, Jackals, Hippos,
Warthog, Lions and Leopards among others. We proceed on and check in to the service of pumba safari cottages for dinner

Day 2 – Queen Elizabeth National Park

The day begins early as we go for our morning game drive, heading for Kasenyi plains, towards the Kobs mating grounds,
in search for wildlife that may include the Bushbuck, Waterbuck, Elephants, Buffaloes, lions, Leopards and other
wildlife in their natural habitat.
The game drives normally take 3 -4 hrs before returning for breakfast. In the afternoon we take on a boat cruise along
the Kazinga Channel, a natural link between Lake Edward and Lake George.
The Channel accommodates abundant wildlife, hundreds of birds that are sighted fishing in the channel and hundreds of
hippos that are cooling off at the shores, this cruise will definitely be one of the highlights of your safari, Dinner
and overnight.

Day 3 – Transfer to bwindi np

Today after your African breakfast you embark on your journey to the famous Bwindi impenetrable National park passing
through ishasha the place known as a climbing tree lions.
This park is mostly famous for the rare mountain gorillas and the drive to the park is incredibly scenic, passing
through various local villages and the lush green countryside & hills which characterize so much of south western
Uganda.
Once you are in the forest park, it is one of the richest ecosystems in Africa and the diversity of species is a feature
of the park.
It provides habitat for some 120 species of mammals, 348 species of birds, 220 species of butterflies, 27 species of
frogs, chameleons, geckos and many endangered species. Floristically Bwindi is among the most diverse forests in East
Africa, with more than 1,000 flowering plant species including 163 species of trees and 104 species of ferns.

Day 4 – Gorilla Tracking

Today you go to track the rare mountain gorillas. After a briefing from your ranger guide at the UWA offices you will
begin tracking the mountain gorillas through the ancient Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. This can take a couple of hours or
a whole day depending on the location of the apes.
Keep an eye out for forest species such as buffaloes, elephants, black fronted duikers and bush bucks. NB: Do not forget
to carry your packed lunches.
It is a humbling experience to stand just meters from man’s distant cousins as they eat rest, play and bond with their
young. Follow the mountain gorillas as they range freely in the impenetrable forest and discover their gorgeous natural
habitat and the many species they share it with.
You will track from one of the Gorilla groups that will be near your accommodation in Bwindi depending on availability.
After a well-earned trip to the gorillas, you will retire to your accommodation.

Day 5 – Drive Back to Entebbe

After breakfast drive back to Kampala including the stopover for en-route lunch and the equator if you happen to have
missed it on your first day of your trip. Your guide drops you back at your accommodation in Kampala or at Entebbe. This
